A CoachingOurselves certification prepares L&D teams, HR consultants and coaches to introduce, design, facilitate and evaluate a CoachingOurselves program. Certified professionals have access to the complete library of over 90 CoachingOurselves modules so they can focus on designing and delivering effective leadership and organizational solutions for clients, rather than developing content.
We offer two flavors of certification: a partner certification to prepare L&D teams in organizations, or independent HR consultants and coaches, to design and deliver CoachingOurselves programs for their clients and a facilitator certification to prepare independent HR consultants and coaches to facilitate and support teams or small cohorts with CoachingOurselves.

Certified independent HR consultants and coaches will become a CoachingOurselves independent partner through the partner certification. By joining our growing network of practitioners and using our library of modules independent HR consultants and coaches can attract new customers, grow their business, generate a regular revenue stream, and magnify their impact across clients’ organizations.
Certified Partners and Facilitators Learn:

Our certification process is simple and immediately provides you with a powerful tool and approach that you can use in the programs and interventions you develop to solve your clients' learning and development and organizational challenges.
The certification is either delivered onsite or virtually. A typical virtual certification for an L&D team in an organization is delivered as an initial live certification session over Zoom followed by an online design and support session customized to your organizations' specific needs.
