Phil LeNir and Henry Mintzberg invite you to participate in developing the future of management and leadership development through CoachingOurselves during this special one-day event at the prestigious McGill Faculty Club, on September 7th, 2016.
This is a special opportunity to work directly with Henry Mintzberg and Phil LeNir, learning how Henry's ideas on management, and management education, can change the practice of management in your organization or your clients’ organization.
The day will be run in the CoachingOurselves style, with lots of small-group dialog, supported by Phil or Henry. The event includes continental breakfast and lunch. The event will be bilingual except as noted in the agenda.

During this presentation, Henry will share his perspectives on managing and the nature of managerial work. (Henry will deliver this session in English)
