Dr. Raye Kass is a professor of Applied Human Sciences at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec. She specializes in leadership and small group behaviour. Dr. Kass has been involved in numerous space research projects in conjunction with the Canadian Space Agency, NASA, and the Russian Space Agency. She is currently an advisor to the Mars One Project as part of an interdisciplinary team of advisors.
