Crawley, Rick was the Associate Dean of External Relations and Corporate Communications at the Lancaster University Management School in the U.K., where he was involved in directing the Global Advanced Leadership Program (ALP) and the International Masters in Practicing Management (IMPM). Dr .Crawley has a PhD in Behavioural Science from Aston University.
Chia, Robert is Professor of Management at the University of Aberdeen, UK. He is an established and well-respected academic and consultant who spent 16 years in engineering, human resources, and manufacturing management prior to entering academia. His research interests and expertise are in strategic foresight, creativity, and cross-cultural management. He has published extensively and is currently writing a book entitled “Strategy Without Design”.
Jeanrenaud, Sally is an Honorary Senior Research Fellow in the Business School, University of Exeter, UK. She cofounder the Green Economy Coalition, and OPEN for Business. She researches sustainability-oriented innovation, and the role of business in delivering the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda. She teaches on the One Planet MBA and is a Visiting Professor at Audencia School of Management, Nantes, France.
Janoff, Sandra is co-director of Future Search Network (FSN). She co-developed the Future Search process to get the “whole system” focusing on the future and creating values-based action strategies. She is a consultant and psychologist and has worked with organizations worldwide on issues of globalization, sustainability, and humane practices. She has co-authored two books with Marvin Weisbord.

Turnbull, Sharon is Director of the Centre for Applied Leadership Research at The Leadership Trust Foundation in Ross-on-Wye, UK. She has researched, published, taught, and consulted to organizations in the field of organizational culture and change. Sharon has also held human resource, management development and organization development roles for a number of large organizations.
Paddock, Tana is co-founder of Organization Unbound (www.organizationunbound.org), a global community of practice that explores how social purpose organizations can embody, in their daily practices, the changes they are seeking to create in the world and by doing so deepen their impact. Prior to that she spent 12 years as an organizational development facilitator, trainer and community organizer in the US and Canada addressing a wide range of social issues including micro-enterprise development, participatory planning, food security, sustainable building design, public school reform, and affordable housing.
Traut, Terence is the president of Entelechy, Inc., a company that provides customized training programs in the areas of sales, management, customer service, and training. In addition to consulting, Terence has written numerous articles and guides on performance, management, and training. He has been analyzing employee performance since 1982.
Nilsson, Warren is an Associate Professor in social innovation at the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business and a co-founder of Organization Unbound (www.organizationunbound.org). His research focuses on the organizational dimensions of social change, exploring the relationship between positive organizational dynamics (e.g., engagement, creativity, compassion) and broader patterns of deep, intentional, institutional change. He has connecting his academic research to practitioner-driven social initiatives in North America, Africa, and India, and prior to entering academia he spent ten years working in the community development sector in the United States.
