Sharon Turnbull

Turnbull, Sharon is an independent academic who specialises in leadership, executive education, and organisational development. She works with a number of business schools and other clients to provide programme development, doctoral and master’s level supervision, executive teaching, and leadership development and research. As Director of the Centre for Applied Leadership Research at The Leadership Trust until January, 2011, Sharon became known for her research into Worldly Leadership - uncovering ancient and indigenous leadership wisdoms for a more sustainable world a project that created a network of scholars from around the world to co-create alternative leadership models for addressing the complex challenges of today’s world.

Dave Ulrich

Ulrich, Dave is a professor of business at the Ross School of Management, University of Michigan. He is also founder/partner at The RBL Group (www.rbl.net). Dave has written 15 books and hundreds of articles on defining and shaping organization's talent, leadership, change, learning, and human resources capabilities. He has consulted on these issues with over half of the Fortune 500.

Marvin Weisbord

Weisbord, Marvin is co-director of the non-profit Future Search Network (FSN), founded in 1993 to engage consultants and local leaders in voluntary social change. He is an emeritus member of the European Institute for Transnational Studies, a fellow of the World Academy of Productivity Science, and a resource faculty member in the Organization and Systems Renewal Program at Seattle University.

Frances Westley

Westley, Frances holds the J.W. McConnell Chair of Social Innovation at the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Her current research focuses on the dynamics of social innovation in complex systems.

Peter Williams

Peter Williams, PhD, teaches applied research and human research development to educational leaders at Texas A&M Commerce. He has coached managers and leaders (since 2009 mainly through doctoral academic programs) in their use of evidence-based practices. He researches how adults learn, work, and thrive in technology mediated environments, focusing on spirituality and the nature of social support. He believes we can create hospitable, productive social spaces that allow organizations and individuals to flourish.

Brenda Zimmerman

Zimmerman, Brenda was a professor of Strategic Management at the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto, Canada and the founder and Director of the Health Industry Management Program. Her primary research applied complexity science to management and leadership issues in organizations. She co-authored two books.
