Co-CEO of J.Feel Inc and Professor of the Graduate School of Innovation Studies, Tokyo University of Science. He put forward the concept of ‘Organizational Feeling’ and developed techniques for HR development and organizational change to create a cycle of positive feeling within an organization. Through training, lectures, consulting, etc., he provides support in creating a virtuous cycle within an organization that allows both staff and the organization to grow. He has authored and co-authored many books, including "Displeased Workplace" (Kodansha, co-authored), “Workplace Changes by Feeling " (Kodansha), "Way of Life Without Collapsing" (KK Bestsellers), and "Management that Connects People" (Chukei Publishing).
