CoachingOurselves is thrilled to collaborate with Professor Petra Molthan-Hill on our newest peer learning topic, Climate Actions for Every Employee. Sustainability professionals can easily and rapidly deliver climate literacy training workshops at scale for all employees in their organization with this tool.
Now most people — regardless of their political orientation — have realised that climate change is happening and is caused by humans. There is a shared understanding that we all need to act fast to avoid dramatic consequences for ourselves, our organizations, our communities, and everyone on the planet.
With this CoachingOurselves topic sustainability professionals can deliver workshops to create a vision for a positive future, gain clarity around the key terms underpinning the best solutions such as Net Zero and carbon dioxide equivalent emissions (CO2 e), and focus participants on practical climate solutions for work and home, especially the ones that have a high impact on reducing global warming.
We believe an investment in green literacy training has a strong business case and organizations need to invest in this just as they invested in digital literacy training.
