Dr. Raye Kass is a professor of Applied Human Sciences at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec, specializing in leadership and small group behaviour. She has been involved in numerous space research projects in conjunction with the Canadian Space Agency, NASA, and the Russian Space Agency. Dr. Kass is the author of Theories of Small Group Development and the co-author of three works on social group theory. www.rayekass.com
