Weisbord, Marvin is co-director of the non-profit Future Search Network (FSN), founded in 1993 to engage consultants and local leaders in voluntary social change. He is an emeritus member of the European Institute for Transnational Studies, a fellow of the World Academy of Productivity Science, and a resource faculty member in the Organization and Systems Renewal Program at Seattle University.
CoachingOurselves is peer-coaching for leadership development and organizational change. Peer-coaching results in thoughtful leadership and stronger organizations, all of which contribute to a balanced society. CoachingOurselves is a derivative of the Masters of Management programs developed by Henry Mintzberg. Schein, Kotler, Ulrich, Hill, Goldsmith, Jennings and others contribute to the CoachingOurselves project.
