CoachingOurselves was born out of the desire to change the practice of management and we seek out authors who are committed to the same. We are excited to now include Otto Scharmer and Eva Pomeroy of the Presencing Institute as our newest authors. On November 30th 2021, we offered this CoachingOurselves module “Awareness-Based Systems Change: Planting Seeds for Change” by Otto Scharmer and Eva Pomeroy at our one of our free public peer learning sessions.
It was a special opportunity to experience their topic and engage in small group discussions with professionals from around the globe. We are thrilled that Eva Pomeroy joined us after the module to answer any questions and continue the conversation.
